Romaco show new Noack 960 blister line at Total 2013

The new Noack 960 blister packaging line features a series of innovative features in order to provide an efficient primary and secondary packaging process.

The new, servo-controlled QuickTransfer system connects the Noack 960 blister packaging machine to the Promatic PC 4000 horizontal motion cartoner to form a single, integrated line. As a result, the robotic transfer station now conveys each individual blister even more securely from the die cutting unit directly to the cartoner.

The proven QuickFeed, QuickAdjust, QuickAdmin and QuickClean systems further enhance the overall operating efficiency of the production processes. Quick product changeovers, short cleaning times and increased line availability are the hallmarks of this blister line. Due to the roller sealing principle, the Noack 960 can achieve a maximum output of 700 blisters a minute.

The Noack 960 blister packaging line from Romaco will be on show at Total Processing & Packaging Exhibition from June 04 to 06, 2013, at Pharma Machinery Ltd, Stand E80.
